About Adventure Shoals
Adventure Shoals offers an exciting yet also relaxing float down the shoals of the Cahaba River. Cahaba River Float Trips can last anywhere from 2 - 3.5 hours depending on the river conditions. We provide a premium river tube and access to the Cahaba River. It is a self guided trip. We also provide a shuttle back to your vehicle once you exit the river. Our Cahaba River Tubing Trip is a great way to reconnect with nature and the great outdoors.
The Cahaba River is a great way to spend the summer whether you are tubing down the shoals, kayaking down the river, camping, fishing, or birdwatching. Come enjoy the natural beauty and abundance of wild life.
The Cahaba River Float Trip will take you winding down the Cahaba as it drops down the shoals a total of 16 feet in the 2.5 mile river float. The float ends at the fall line, the foothills of the last remaining traces of the Appalachian Mountain chain.
Adventure Shoals strives to help our customers enjoy their experience of floating down the beautiful Cahaba River. The Cahaba River is the most biodiverse river in the country. It is a 190-mile Alabama waterway museum that is home to many rare species.
