Tubing Cahaba River Rules and Safety

A signed wavier is required when participating in activities with Adventure Shoals.
Soft coolers ONLY ! NO Styrofoam! No Hard coolers!
Proper Swim Attire Required. Swimwear, river shoes, sunscreen.
Hydration is recommended along the trip.
If you are not a good swimmer we suggest you bring your own life jacket that fits you adequately.
Appropriate behavior is expected, foul language and unruly behavior is not tolerated.
Ages 6-12 life jackets are required. Plan to bring your own.
A parent or guardian is responsible for the behavior of their minor children under 18.
If under 18 years old they must be accompanied by a chaperone.
The Park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors. Age verification may be requested.
Rule violators may be asked to leave.

Do you have season passes?

Yes. Ask us to purchase one at the park

Can I bring food, cooler, grill to the park?

You may bring your own food and cooler, we also sell small coolers and ice. A grill is not permitted.

Can you include meals for our trip?

We can arrange food delivered for you.

What if I need to get out of the river before we get to the end?

Call 205-316-1116 we will pick you up.

What if it rains on us?

If you started the Cahaba River Float Trip, you don’t get a refund.

What if a thunderstorm appears from out of know where?

We don’t open on days the weather permits rain or bad weather. However, if a pop up happens, we will pick you up at a pick-up location.

Do you accept a credit card?

Yes. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. There is a 3% fee when using a card.

Do you provide Tents or cabins?

Not at this time.
